Job Description

Job Title: Sales Officer Loan Against Property (LAP)

Location: [City/Region]

Experience: 0–3 years in LAP or secured loan sales

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads for Loan Against Property through field visits, cold calls, and references.
Visit potential customers to assess their financial requirements and explain LAP products.
Collect required documents and coordinate with internal credit and operations teams.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the organization.
Build strong relationships with channel partners, builders, and DSA networks.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of field sales experience, preferably in LAP, home loans, or other secured lending products.
Good communication (Regional Lang ) and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Basic understanding of loan documentation and property-related verification.
Own two-wheeler preferred.
