As an HR Executive at Finscope Touch Pvt Ltd, you will play a critical role in executing HR strategies, managing talent, and supporting a dynamic workforce that drives our business forward. You’ll be instrumental in fostering a high-performance, employee-centric culture that supports both operational excellence and business growth. Key Responsibilities • Talent Acquisition: • Manage end-to-end recruitment across all departments (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding). • Liaise with department heads to understand hiring needs and create role-specific job descriptions. • Onboarding & Induction: • Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for new employees. • Facilitate integration of new hires into the company culture and systems. • HR Operations & Compliance: • Maintain employee records in HRIS. • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws. • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination. • Employee Engagement & Welfare: • Drive engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention. • Coordinate employee events, celebrations, and feedback mechanisms. • Performance Management: • Support appraisal cycles, goal setting, and employee development initiatives. • Work with leadership to manage underperformance and growth plans. • Learning & Development: • Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs. • Monitor effectiveness of training and feedback loops. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Min 3 years of experience in an HR generalist or executive role, preferably in financial services or a fast-paced environment. • Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in MS Office

We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executives to join our growing team in JP Nagar, Bangalore. If you have a proven track record in sales, especially in financial services, and enjoy speaking to customers, we’d love to hear from you. --- Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers to promote various loan products. * Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products. * Generate quality leads and ensure timely follow-up to close deals. * Maintain a database of customer information and update Customer records regularly. * Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. * Educate customers on eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and terms of service. * Coordinate with internal teams and financial institutions for smooth loan processing. * Maintain a high level of professionalism and build trust with clients. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of telesales or inside sales experience, preferably in financial services. Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and local languages (Kannada, Hindi preferred). Comfortable with cold calling and working with targets. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems.
