Key Responsibilities • Talent Acquisition: • Manage end-to-end recruitment across all departments (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding). • Liaise with department heads to understand hiring needs and create role-specific job descriptions. • Onboarding & Induction: • Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for new employees. • Facilitate integration of new hires into the company culture and systems. • HR Operations & Compliance: • Maintain employee records in HRIS. • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws. • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination. • Employee Engagement & Welfare: • Drive engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention. • Coordinate employee events, celebrations, and feedback mechanisms. • Performance Management: • Support appraisal cycles, goal setting, and employee development initiatives. • Work with leadership to manage underperformance and growth plans. • Learning & Development: • Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs. • Monitor effectiveness of training and feedback loops.
