Urgent Job Requirements

Company: Freecharge - Subsidiary of Axis Bank

Freecharges by Axis Bank

Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to identify clients in need of micro/group loans.
Promote MFI loan products and services within assigned areas.
Educate clients about loan terms, repayment schedules, and responsibilities.
Follow up with clients to collect loan repayments on time.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and micro-entrepreneur groups.

Requirements:

Qualification:
10th/12th/Graduate/ post graduate
Must be comfortable with field work and travel
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Own bike/scooter & smartphone preferred
Freshers are welcome!
