Job Title: Sales Manager –field DSA Channel Salary 30000 -75000 per month+ travel allowance+ incentive . Location: Mumbai Pune , Nashik Company: Ruloans Distribution services pvt ltd. 🎯 Role Objective To drive loan sales through a network of DSAs by building strong partnerships, ensuring high-quality lead generation, and achieving disbursal targets while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency. 📌 Key Responsibilities • Acquire and manage a network of active DSAs to generate leads for loan products (e.g., personal, business, or home loans) • Maintain strong relationships with 10–12 DSAs and ensure regular engagement • Monitor daily login and disbursal performance; report key metrics to management • Conduct regular visits to DSA offices and provide training on products and processes • Ensure complete and accurate documentation for all loan applications • Collaborate with operations and collections teams to resolve post-disbursal issues • Execute sales promotion activities and communicate new schemes to DSAs • Ensure timely payouts and resolve any disputes with channel partners • Track market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities 🎓 Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field • 2–8 years of experience in loan sales, preferably with exposure to DSA management • Experience in unsecured loans, credit cards, or small-ticket business loans is a plus 🛠️ Key Skills Skill Area Description DSA Channel Management Ability to recruit, train, and retain productive DSAs Sales Targeting Proven track record of achieving monthly disbursal goals Relationship Building Strong interpersonal skills to maintain DSA loyalty Operational Oversight Familiarity with loan documentation and compliance Market Intelligence Awareness of local competition and customer behavior.
