Loan Manager

As a Loan Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring Gold Loan customers at their doorstep. You must deliver monthly targets by meeting and converting assigned leads. It is essential to appraise gold ornaments, verify KYC, and travel within the assigned territory for disbursing loans. Your role also involves lead generation, productivity and revenue generation, building long-term relationships with HNI customers, and coordinating with stakeholders for grievance handling. Strict adherence to organizational processes, policies, and guidelines is mandatory. To qualify for this position, you should be a graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Gold Appraising. Possessing a two-wheeler and proficiency in the local language are also requirements. The maximum age limit for the Loan Manager position is 35 years. Additionally, you are expected to hold mandatory documents such as Aadhar card, Pan card, and Degree Certificate. This full-time role offers a performance bonus and requires in-person work at the assigned location.
