Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for students and parents seeking education loans. Assist students in identifying suitable loan options from various banks and financial institutions. Guide students through the loan application process, documentation, and eligibility criteria. Coordinate with banking/NBFC partners for timely loan approvals and disbursements. Maintain strong relationships with financial partners and regularly update terms, processes, and loan schemes. Organize loan awareness sessions/webinars for students and internal teams. Ensure all required documents are collected, verified, and submitted as per bank/NBFC standards. Monitor and track loan application statuses and maintain accurate records. Provide timely updates to students and counselors about loan progress and issues. Stay updated with the latest financial products, interest rates, and compliance norms related to education loans. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in education loans or banking/NBFC sector. Strong understanding of loan products, documentation processes, and financial regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment.
