Job Title: Recruiter Location: Vadodara Job Type: Full-time Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition Reports To: HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Lead Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruiting process. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's current and future staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting with people and a keen eye for assessing talent. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team goals. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Source potential candidates using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media). Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit. Manage the interview process and coordinate with internal stakeholders. Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports for management. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
