🚗 Job Title: Car Loan Processing Executive – Sales Location: Dwarka Mor, New Delhi Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + attractive incentives + travel allowance About the Role: We are hiring a Car Loan Processing Executive (Sales) to join our growing automobile finance team. The candidate will be responsible for handling car loan sales, documentation, and coordination with customers and finance partners. This role involves both office and field activities, including assisting customers in completing loan formalities and ensuring smooth processing until final disbursement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Management & Sales Conversion Contact potential customers interested in car loans. Explain loan schemes, eligibility, EMI options, and finance offers. Generate leads through customer visits, references, or dealership coordination. Convert leads into successful loan applications. 2. Documentation & Verification Collect and verify all required customer documents (KYC, income proof, address proof, etc.). Ensure accuracy and completeness of all paperwork before submission. Assist customers in filling out loan forms and digital submissions. 3. Coordination with Banks / NBFCs Work closely with banking or finance partners for loan approvals and disbursals. Track application status and follow up for approvals or queries. Maintain communication between customer, dealer, and finance team. 4. Customer Service & Post-Disbursal Support Provide regular updates to customers regarding loan processing. Handle any issues related to document verification or payment schedule. Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat and referral business. 5. Reporting & Compliance Maintain daily sales records, customer interaction details, and status updates. Ensure all processes follow company and RBI guidelines. Submit timely reports to the Sales/Branch Manager. thRequirements: Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred. Experience: 0–2 years (freshers with good communication skills may apply). Must have: Two-wheeler and valid driving license. Basic understanding of loan process, documentation, and EMI calculation. Proficiency in handling Excel, PDF, WhatsApp, and mobile apps for document sharing. Good communication and convincing skills. Should be comfortable with field visits and customer handling.
