Job Description

Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction & Query Resolution Attend inbound calls, WhatsApp queries, and emails from customers. Provide clear, step-by-step guidance on car booking, loan, and insurance processes. Build trust with customers by addressing their concerns promptly and politely. Lead Management & Follow-ups Record customer details in the CRM and ensure accurate categorization. Follow up on pending queries and ensure timely updates to customers. Operations & Coordination Assist customers in preparing and submitting required documents. Coordinate with dealers, loan processors, and insurance advisors for smooth processing. Track status of bookings, finance approvals, and deliveries; update customers accordingly. Quality & Reporting Maintain high call quality standards and follow company call scripts where applicable. Submit end-of-day reports on calls handled, leads updated, and issues resolved. Escalate complex cases to the senior operations/sales manager. Key Skills Required Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus). Ability to empathize and build trust with customers. Basic knowledge of automobile sales, finance, and insurance (training will be provided). Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and follow-up tasks. Computer literacy: CRM usage, MS Office, and WhatsApp Business handling.
