Job Description

As a Car Loan Sales Executive, you will be responsible for assisting in availing car loans. You will guide customers in selecting the right loan product, explain terms and benefits, and coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan file processing. This is a customer-facing role requiring excellent communication, trust-building, and sales skills. Key Responsibilities Lead Handling & Conversion Call, counsel, and convert incoming leads. Understand customer requirements, loan eligibility, and urgency. Share quotations, EMI options, and loan offers from multiple banks/NBFCs. Customer Relationship Management Explain car loan process in simple and transparent language. Build trust and confidence while handling sensitive financial documents. Provide regular updates to customers on loan file progress. Loan File Processing Collect and verify required KYC, salary slips, service documents, and other paperwork. Coordinate with loan processors and banking partners for approval and disbursement. Ensure smooth end-to-end loan processing before car delivery. Team Collaboration Work closely with Sales Executives (Car Bookings), Loan Processors, and Insurance Advisors. Update lead status daily in CRM and follow-up pipeline.
