As an LMS Administrator, you will manage and optimize our Learning Management System (Skilljar), ensuring seamless course operations, supporting Instructor-Led Training (ILT), and driving project initiatives to enhance learning experiences. You will collaborate with global teams, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain and improve LMS functionality while providing technical support and reporting insights.
• Administer, maintain, and continuously improve the LMS to deliver an optimal learning experience.
• Manage course creation, updates, user management, and permission controls within the LMS.
• Provide technical support for ILT delivery systems and collaborate with Cloud Ops and global ILT admins.
• Generate and analyze LMS reports to track training activity, participation, and program effectiveness.
• Respond to LMS-related support tickets (course access, login issues, platform
• Prior experience in instructional design, training delivery, or certification management.
• Familiarity with Board software or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills for data extraction, reporting, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision for remote candidates.
