LMS Administrator

As a Training & Development professional at Hitachi Energy, you will be responsible for developing training curriculum, selecting delivery mechanisms, delivering training, and monitoring training effectiveness for both the general workforce and targeted technical areas. Your role will involve Discipline-specific professional and process/tool knowledge training, as well as Discipline-specific competency training. Additionally, you will provide Non-Technical Training on general workplace standards, processes, tools, skills, competencies, leadership, and management development. You may also develop training curriculum/materials and oversee vendors for training content. Key Responsibilities: - Develop training courses for on-site, online, and external training for PGHV-GIS - Bundle competencies and training into competency assessment models - Configure functionality for creating training and competency assessments - Define competencies in the competency bank for PGHV-GIS level certification - Set and document standards for training and assessment in the digital environment - Roll out training and certification concept to other organizations - Customize training programs for different employee sets and support level certification process for factory workers - Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, Education, or a related field - Experience with the Cornerstone on Demand platform or similar Learning Management Systems (LMS) - Strong collaboration and communication skills - Knowledge of best practices in digital training and assessment - Experience in developing and implementing certification processes - Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and at least one type of Learning Management Systems Hitachi Energy values safety and integrity, expecting you to take responsibility for your actions while caring for colleagues and the business.
