Job Title: LMS Administrator - Retail

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented LMS Administrator to manage and support our Learning Management System across retail stores and corporate teams. The role ensures smooth delivery of training programs, accurate reporting, and a positive learning experience for store associates, managers, and corporate employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) for retail and corporate users
• Enroll users, manage roles, permissions, and learning paths
• Upload, update, and organize training content (SOPs, compliance, product, onboarding modules)
• Support store teams and managers with LMS access, troubleshooting, and usage queries
• Monitor course completion, certifications, and compliance training
• Generate and share training reports and dashboards with HR, L&D, and Operations teams
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external LMS vendors for system enhancements
• Ensure LMS data accuracy, system performance, and user adoption
• Support new store openings, seasonal hiring, and large-scale training rollouts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
