Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • LMS Administration Responsibilities

    • Uploading and managing course content, ensuring proper formatting and accessibility. 
    • Troubleshooting technical issues related to the LMS platform and providing user support. 
    • Prepare reports of training performance for individual departments, run reports both standard and ad hoc, streamline report functionality, run queries for ad hoc requirements
    • Provides customer support to all LMS users as needed for functional issues.
    • User Management-troubleshooting access to the site and courses
    • Approving Training Credit orders, help with voucher association and voucher updates.
  • Ecommerce Responsibilities:

    • Managing subscription models for recurring access to courses or content libraries. 
    • Generating accurate purchase orders with detailed specifications, quantities, delivery dates, and payment terms. 
    • Monitoring the status of purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery, and resolving any discrepancies
    • Analyzing sales data to predict future demand and generate purchase orders accordingly
    • Processing orders and transaction
    • Managing Investment Training Budget
    • Overseeing the budget allocated for training programs. Ensuring expenses stay within budget.
  • Required skills:

    • Proficiency in a Learning Management System (LMS) such as NetExam
    • Strong technical skills in database management.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills for user support. Must be fluent in written and spoken English
    • Data analysis and reporting abilities to track performance and identify trends. 
    • Solid technical skills including understanding of directory, file structures, and systems.
    • Strong problem-solving skills to support and maintain quality Learning & Development outputs.
    • Ability to gain new technical skills quickly.
    • Ability to manage a large and diverse number of technical tasks and issues with tact and persistence.
    • Excellent written and verbal skills for the purpose of documentation development, editing and communication.
    • Ability to develop alternative plans when faced with obstacles or setbacks.
    • Highly detail oriented, self-motivated and self-managed.
    • Multitasking and organizational skills to work on multiple issues at one time
    • Active listening: Listen to understand the customer's needs
    • Adaptability: Be able to work with different communication styles
    • Time-management skills to respond to customer emails, calls and web chat messages promptly
    • Teamwork skills to collaborate with representatives and coworkers in other departments
    • The ability to manage projects, including planning and execution.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience working with Learning Management Systems is preferred
  • Experience working with international teams
  • Experience - A good understanding of modern learning technologies and tools
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Strong written, and group communication skills are required
