Role-The LMS Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the LMS, including course creation, content management, student and faculty coordination, reporting, and basic technical integrations. This role requires both operational responsibility and technical understanding.🧩 Key ResponsibilitiesLMS & Course Management
  • Create, configure, and manage courses, batches, modules, and learning paths
  • Upload and organize videos, documents, assignments, quizzes, and assessments
  • Manage course access, enrollment rules, pricing, and certification workflows
  • Configure live classes, recorded sessions, and completion criteria
  • Student & Faculty Management
  • Handle student onboarding, enrollments, access issues, and progress tracking
  • Manage faculty onboarding, permissions, and course ownership
  • Monitor attendance, assessments, results, and certificate issuance
  • Act as the primary point of contact for LMS-related queries
  • Technical & System Responsibilities
  • Perform basic technical configurations and customizations within the LMS
  • Support API integrations with internal systems such as:
  • Student registration systems
  • Payment gateways
  • Reporting or dashboard tools
  • Work with REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks when required
  • Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements and issue resolution
  • Reporting & Operations
  • Generate reports related to:
  • Student performance and progress
  • Course completion and enrollments
  • System usage and operational metrics
  • Automate routine LMS tasks where possible
  • Ensure data accuracy, system stability, and smooth operations
  • Governance & Quality Control
  • Maintain content quality, consistency, and structured course layouts
  • Ensure role-based access control and data security
  • Document LMS workflows, configurations, and operational processes
