Provide guidance and support to trainees in setting career goals and developing their career paths. Requirements Bachelors degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in job placement, career counseling, or livelihood enhancement programs. Strong understanding of the retail industry in the Jammu region. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
