Job Description

The Global WSP Listens co-ordinator manages, optimizes, and drive insights from our employee engagement platform. This role is central to the WSP listening strategy, to support the co-ordination of effective survey execution and actionable insights to drive employee engagement across the organisation.

KEY COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE

Essential:

  • Strong proficiency in analytics tools and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement principles and best practices.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience with survey platforms (eg, Peakon), HR systems (eg, ORACLE), and data privacy regulations.
  • Experience in a global or matrixed organisation.

BGV:

  • Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification ( BGV ) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.
  • Candidates are advised to ensure that all information provided during the recruitment process including documents uploaded is accurate and complete, both to WSP India and its BGV partner .

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Configuration of the employee engagement survey platform is ready for deployment.
  • Maintain governance, compliance, and data privacy throughout the survey lifecycle.
  • Support the continuous improvement of the employee listening strategy.
  • Deliver accurate and timely reporting and insights to stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and set up the engagement survey system, including scheduling, question design, language accuracy, and attribute management.
  • Monitor and maintain governance processes, including access controls and compliance with data privacy regulations (eg, GDPR, CCPA).
  • Serve as the main point of contact for regional representatives and manage system escalations.
  • Oversee data upload quality control and ensure accurate documentation on SharePoint.
  • Support functions with self-service data and insights.
  • Input engagement survey data into internal and external reporting.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of the overall listening strategy
