## System Admin - Linux ##

We are Cyber Security Cloud Start-up operating from Mumbai and we are expanding. We are hiring dynamic young system administrators with experience in designing, implementing and monitoring IT Infrastructure, who are self-motivated with a passion to learn and improve their knowledge in Cyber Security Responsibilities –

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively maintain and develop all Linux infrastructure technology to maintain a 24x7x365 uptime service
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux servers (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL, etc.)
• Manage and optimize Apache and/or Nginx web servers
• Monitor system performance, uptime, logs, and resource utilization
• Support web applications, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Manage and troubleshoot DNS records (A, CNAME, MX, TXT, etc.)
• Work closely with development teams to support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
• Perform routine system maintenance, updates, backups, and patching
• Implement basic security hardening, firewall rules, and access controls
• Troubleshoot production issues related to servers, networking, and web services
• Document configurations, processes, and operational procedures

Qualification and Requirements

· Minimum 2 years of experience as a Linux System Administrator or similar role

· Strong hands-on knowledge of Linux operating systems

· Experience with DevOps concepts and tools (CI/CD, automation, scripting basics)

· Practical experience with Apache and/or Nginx web servers

· Solid understanding of DNS concepts and management

· Good knowledge of web application architecture and hosting environments

· Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash preferred)

· Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, ports, firewalls)

· Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and under pressure

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

· Experience with reverse proxies, SSL/TLS, and certificates

· Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)

· Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, etc.)

· Good communication and documentation skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
