About the Role

LinkedIn Strategist

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and execute a

    LinkedIn content calendar

    (posts, articles, video ideas).
  • Optimize

    company and leadership profiles

    for maximum visibility.
  • Run

    outreach and engagement campaigns

    targeting IT leaders, Salesforce prospects, and talent pools.
  • Track analytics and provide

    weekly performance reports

    with improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing & HR for recruitment and brand awareness campaigns.
Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or related field.

  • 3–5 years

    of LinkedIn strategy and B2B marketing experience.
  • Strong understanding of

    LinkedIn SEO, hashtags, content algorithms, and paid campaigns

    .
  • Excellent writing and creative storytelling skills.


Remote; Salary ( INR 30,000 - 60,000)
