We are hiring a hands-on LinkedIn + Email Marketing (Outbound) professional who can generate qualified B2B leads and meetings for our IT services (Web/Mobile Development, Dedicated Resources, Custom Software, AI/Chatbots, etc.).
You will manage the complete outbound cycle: targeting list building outreach follow-ups qualification meeting scheduling reporting.
* Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator / Apollo / ZoomInfo / databases / web research
* Execute LinkedIn outreach(connect + follow-ups + conversation handling)
* Run email outreach campaigns(cold email sequences, personalization, follow-ups, A/B testing)
* Ensure basic deliverability hygiene (bounce control, list cleanup, sender reputation practices)
* Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales/founder team
* Maintain outreach & pipeline tracking in CRM / Google Sheets and share weekly performance reports
* Continuously optimize messaging, ICP segments, and follow-up frameworks based on results
Required Skills (Must Have)
* 2+ years hands-on experience in LinkedIn outreach + Email outreach(B2B)
* Strong in lead research, list building, and prospecting
* Good English writing skills for short, clear outreach messages
* Experience with tools like (any):
* LinkedIn Sales Navigator
* Apollo / ZoomInfo / email finders
* Email outreach tools (e.g. Instantly/Lemlist/Mailchimp/HubSpot/Zoho/any)
* CRM / Excel / Google Sheets
* Experience generating leads for IT Services / Staffing / RPO / SaaS
* International lead generation exposure: US / EU / Middle East
* Understanding of ICP, buyer personas, segmentation, and outreach KPIs
