Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jalandhar for a Line Supervisor. The Line Supervisor will be responsible for managing the workflow and productivity of a production line, ensuring quality control and adherence to operational standards. Daily tasks include supervising and coordinating team members, conducting training sessions, performing quality assurance checks, and maintaining compliance with company regulations. The role involves fostering effective communication and resolving any issues that arise on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and workflow coordination
• Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance procedures
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with team members and addressing operational challenges
• Experience in Training team members to enhance productivity and maintain standards
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in a supervisory or manufacturing role is preferred
