Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Jalandhar. The Human Resources Executive will handle HR operations, implement HR policies, maintain employee relations, manage recruitment processes, and oversee day-to-day HR activities. The Executive will also collaborate with department heads to ensure effective workforce planning and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong skills in Employee Relations, HR Policies, and Human Resources practices
• Knowledge of employment laws, compliance regulations, and labor relations is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and provide strategic HR support
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
