Full Time
· Identify all approvals, permits, No Objection Certificates (NOCs), and licenses required for the project (pre-construction, construction, and completion stages).
· Coordinate with relevant government departments such as:
o Town planning / Urban development authority
o Municipal corporation
o Environment department
o Fire department
o Water supply C sewerage board
o Electricity board
o Pollution control board
o Revenue / Land Records office
o Labor department
· Prepare, verify, and submit all required application forms, drawings, compliance reports, and supporting documentation.
· Track application status and ensure timely follow-up for approvals.
2. Land G Legal Coordination· Assist with mutation of land, khata/7-12 extracts, property card, and zoning certificates.
· Coordinate for land conversion, change of land use (CLU), and title verification documents.
· Support in obtaining encumbrance certificates, demarcation, and survey records.
3 Utility Coordination
· Obtain new or enhanced connections:
o Electricity supply (temporary/permanent)
o Water supply
o Sewage connections and approvals
o Drainage and stormwater approvals
o Telecommunications permissions
· Ensure compliance with design specifications and departmental technical requirements.
4. Compliance G Reporting
· Maintain an updated approvals tracker and submit weekly/monthly status reports to the construction company.
· Ensure timely renewal of licenses and permits (e.g., contractor licenses, labor licenses, environmental consents).
· Assist in ensuring compliance with:
o Building codes
o Environmental norms
o Local bye-laws
o Safety C labor regulations
· Act as the primary point of contact between the construction company and all external agencies.
· Represent the company in meetings, inspections, hearings, and review sessions.
· Facilitate site inspections by government officials and certification authorities.
6. Construction-Phase Support
· Liaise for project start permissions, commencement certificates, and excavation permits.
· Obtain approvals for:
o Temporary works (site office, hoardings, cranes, etc.)
o Road cutting permissions if required
· Assist in obtaining periodic approvals like height clearances (aviation), fire NOCs, and environmental clearances.
7. Post-Construction G Handover Approvals
· Coordinate for:
o Occupancy Certificate (OC)
o Completion Certificate (CC)
o Fire NOC (final)
o Water/sewage clearance
o Electrical safety clearance
o Lift installation and safety permissions
· Ensure proper closure of all statutory obligations.
8. Documentation G Record Management
· Organize and maintain digital and physical files of:
o Approvals
o Drawings
o Correspondence
o Compliance certificates
· Provide handover documentation at the end of the engagement.
