Identify all approvals, permits, No Objection Certificates (NOCs), and licenses required for the project (pre-construction, construction, and completion stages).
Coordinate with relevant government departments such as:
oTown planning / Urban development authority
oMunicipal corporation
oEnvironment department
oFire department
oWater supply C sewerage board
oElectricity board
oPollution control board
oRevenue / Land Records office
oLabor department
Prepare, verify, and submit all required application forms, drawings, compliance reports, and supporting documentation.
Track application status and ensure timely follow-up for approvals.
2.Land G Legal CoordinationAssist with mutation of land, khata/7-12 extracts, property card, and zoning certificates.
Coordinate for land conversion, change of land use (CLU), and title verification documents.
Support in obtaining encumbrance certificates, demarcation, and survey records.
3Utility CoordinationObtain new or enhanced connections:
oElectricity supply (temporary/permanent)
oWater supply
oSewage connections and approvals
oDrainage and stormwater approvals
oTelecommunications permissions
Ensure compliance with design specifications and departmental technical requirements.
4.Compliance G Reporting
Maintain an updated approvals tracker and submit weekly/monthly status reports to the construction company.
Ensure timely renewal of licenses and permits (e.g., contractor licenses, labor licenses, environmental consents).
Assist in ensuring compliance with:
oBuilding codes
oEnvironmental norms
oLocal bye-laws
oSafety C labor regulations
Act as the primary point of contact between the construction company and all external agencies.
Represent the company in meetings, inspections, hearings, and review sessions.
Facilitate site inspections by government officials and certification authorities.
6.Construction-Phase SupportLiaise for project start permissions, commencement certificates, and excavation permits.
Obtain approvals for:
oTemporary works (site office, hoardings, cranes, etc.)
oRoad cutting permissions if required
Assist in obtaining periodic approvals like height clearances (aviation), fire NOCs, and environmental clearances.
7.Post-Construction G Handover Approvals
Coordinate for:
oOccupancy Certificate (OC)
oCompletion Certificate (CC)
oFire NOC (final)
oWater/sewage clearance
oElectrical safety clearance
oLift installation and safety permissions
Ensure proper closure of all statutory obligations.
8.Documentation G Record ManagementOrganize and maintain digital and physical files of:
oApprovals
oDrawings
oCorrespondence
oCompliance certificates
Provide handover documentation at the end of the engagement.
