Liaison (Back Office) Manager

Responsibilities

Regulatory & Design Coordination:Ensure all design documents are reviewed for compliance with relevant Development Control Regulations (DCR), Urban Development Control Promotion Regulations (UDCPR), and other local development guidelines.Collaborate with the design team to ensure that all designs comply with regulatory standards before submission.Address any discrepancies between design and regulatory requirements in collaboration with both design and regulatory teams.

Documentation & Report Management

Lead the preparation and timely submission of reports to the planning office, ensuring full compliance with project timelines.Supervise the preparation of compliance certificates, FSI/FSR calculations, area statements, and other regulatory documentation.Ensure proper storage and tracking of all project-related documentation, including approvals, submissions, and feedback.

Team Management & Coordination

Facilitate coordination between the design and regulatory teams to resolve issues and ensure all documentation is compliant.Conduct regular internal meetings with the design and regulatory teams to review progress and address challenges.

Regulatory Updates & Risk Management

Stay updated with any changes in local regulations and communicate relevant updates to the team.Ensure that all design updates are in line with the latest regulatory changes.Proactively identify and resolve any regulatory conflicts or discrepancies between design and compliance standards.

Approval Process Management

Oversee the preparation and submission of all regulatory documentation to the authorities, ensuring all submissions are tracked and followed up in a timely manner.Ensure all regulatory approvals are obtained within stipulated timelines, preventing delays in the project.

Qualifications

Education Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/Engineering degree/Diploma with Exp in Liason with statutory planning authorities.

8 -15 years

Preferred Industry

Experience in design coordination or liaisoning support in large-scale real estate, infrastructure, or redevelopment projectsStrong understanding of Maharashtra’s urban development regulations, including DCPR 2034, SRA, and MCGM normsProficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel (for MIS), and documentation software.
