1 23/5/2025 Entry-Level IT Support Technician Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level support for IT-related issues via phone, email, or in-person. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues. Assist in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Install and configure operating systems and software applications. Maintain accurate records of issues and solutions in the ticketing system. Help with onboarding of new employees by setting up workstations and access. Monitor and maintain IT inventory and supplies. Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or relevant departments. Follow IT policies and procedures to ensure system security and data protection. Required Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
