Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced L2 Technical Support Engineer to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience troubleshooting complex technical issues involving ISP connectivity, network devices, IoT, CCTV systems, and software/hardware support. This role demands strong technical knowledge, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues for end-users. Handle and escalate ISP-related issues to appropriate vendors when necessary.
