Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Drive strategy, P&L, and execution for lending and insurance verticals.
Build and manage partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and insurance companies.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle – design, launch, and scale new lending & insurance products.
Monitor portfolio performance, risk management, and claims processes.
Collaborate with technology, risk, and operations teams to deliver seamless customer journeys.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

MBA/CA or equivalent with 6-10 years’ experience in lending/insurance/fintech/banking.
Strong understanding of retail lending, insurance distribution, and regulatory frameworks (RBI/IRDAI).
Proven track record of scaling financial products and managing P&L.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Exposure to digital-first/fintech environments preferred.
