Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategy, P&L, Business and Growth.
  • Build and manage partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and Lending Institutions.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle design, launch, and scale new lending & insurance products.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, risk management, and claims processes.
  • Collaborate with technology, risk, and operations teams to deliver seamless customer journeys.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA/CA or equivalent with 6-10 years experience in lending/insurance/fintech/banking.
  • Strong understanding of retail lending and insurance distribution.
  • Proven track record of scaling financial products and managing P&L.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Exposure to digital-first/fintech environments preferred.
