To excel in this role, you should hold an MBA/CA or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 6-10 years of experience in lending, insurance, fintech, or banking. A strong understanding of retail lending and insurance distribution is crucial, along with a proven track record of scaling financial products and effectively managing P&L. Your leadership skills, stakeholder management abilities, and analytical mindset will be instrumental in driving the company's success.
