Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute lending strategies to drive business growth
• Manage exposure across daily lending partnerships and oversee portfolio performance
• Ensure full compliance with lending regulations and internal policies
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote lending products effectively
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new lending opportunities
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in lending or financial services
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with digital lending platforms and regulatory frameworks preferred
