The District Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations within the assigned district, manage and guide the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure that sales targets are met. Responsibilities include gathering market intelligence, building relationships with retail partners, providing training and support, and ensuring the effective implementation of company sales initiatives. The role requires regular visits to retail partners, monitoring performance, and addressing any operational challenges that may arise.
