Role Description This full-time, on-site role as a District Sales Manager is located in Rajgadh District Madhya Pradesh, India. The District Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations within the assigned district, manage and guide the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure that sales targets are met. Responsibilities include gathering market intelligence, building relationships with retail partners, providing training and support, and ensuring the effective implementation of company sales initiatives. The role requires regular visits to retail partners, monitoring performance, and addressing any operational challenges that may arise. Qualifications Strong sales management and leadership skills Experience in business development, relationship management, and market analysis Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Proficient in the use of sales management software and tools Willingness to travel frequently within the district Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the financial or banking sector is beneficial
