About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Legal Tech Associate to join our team. This role blends legal expertise with data science, technology, and innovation to drive efficiency in legal operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about applying tech-driven, data-backed solutions to legal processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal data analysis, contract review, and compliance monitoring using technology-based tools.
• Build and maintain clause libraries; evaluate and improve AI/LLM outputs for legal use cases.
• Research emerging technologies (AI, machine learning, web scraping) for applications in legal practice.
• Support mergers & acquisitions, cybersecurity, and compliance projects through data-driven insights.
• Draft, structure, and analyse contracts, legal documents, and regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative legal-tech products and workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) with additional training in Data Science, Technology, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of legal research, contract drafting, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python, machine learning, web development, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with tools such as NumPy, Microsoft Office, and web scraping technologies.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy regulations is an added advantage.
