As a Consultant supporting Legal, Regulatory, Tax, and Compliance (LRTC) Engineering initiatives, you will play a crucial role in delivering scalable, data-driven, and AI-enabled capabilities across various LRTC functions. Your main responsibilities will include: - Providing operational production support for Legal & Compliance systems, covering areas such as Entity Management, Document Management, Legal Billing, e-Communications Surveillance, and Personal Trading. - Monitoring, triaging, and resolving system and platform issues across compliance disciplines. - Identifying recurring issues and recommending process improvements for efficiency and compliance readiness. - Supporting certifications, attestations, and recurring compliance requirements. - Preparing data and reports for audits, regulatory reviews, and governance activities. - Participating in testing for system upgrades, enhancements, and new releases. - Supporting the execution of the multi-year Legal & Compliance technology roadmap. - Gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and translating them into scalable solutions. - Maintaining clear documentation of configurations, integrations, and governance processes. For this role, you should have: - 2-7 years of experience in LRTC engineering, business analysis, or project delivery. - Experience within a global financial institution or consulting environment. - Familiarity with platforms such as Communications Surveillance (Global Relay), Trade Surveillance, Entity Management (Passport), Legal eBilling, and KYC/AML tools (MaxComply, IQ-EQ). - A strong understanding of SDLC, change management, and information security controls. - Proven ability to manage complex stakeholders and competing priorities.
