Job Description

Legal, Regulatory, Tax & Compliance (LRTC) | 2-7 years | Pune

results-driven Consultant

LRTC stakeholders, product managers, engineers, and external vendors

Key Responsibilities

Provide operational production support for Legal & Compliance systems, including:
Entity Management
Document Management
Legal Billing
e-Communications Surveillance
Personal Trading
Monitor, triage, and resolve system and platform issues across compliance disciplines
Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements for efficiency and compliance readiness
Support certifications, attestations, and recurring compliance requirements
Prepare data and reports for audits, regulatory reviews, and governance activities
Participate in testing for system upgrades, enhancements, and new releases
Support execution of the multi-year Legal & Compliance technology roadmap
Gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into scalable solutions
Maintain clear documentation of configurations, integrations, and governance processes

Qualifications & Experience

2–7 years
of experience in LRTC engineering, business analysis, or project delivery
Experience within a
global financial institution or consulting environment
Familiarity with one or more platforms such as:
Communications Surveillance (Global Relay)
Trade Surveillance
Entity Management (Passport)
Legal eBilling
KYC/AML tools (MaxComply, IQ-EQ)
Strong understanding of
SDLC, change management, and information security controls
Proven ability to manage complex stakeholders and competing priorities
