Legal Manager

As a Legal Manager at Keka, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the legal aspects of the company's operations. Your responsibilities will include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating Customer MSA for SAAS contracts, especially with US customers. You will also be tasked with training and guiding team members on legal matters related to contracts, as well as developing and implementing contract management processes and policies. In terms of compliance, you will ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, company policies, and agreements such as SHA with Investors. Handling intellectual property, trademarks, data privacy (including GDPR), and corporate governance will be essential aspects of your role. Collaborating with other departments to manage and mitigate legal risks will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will manage the legal responsibilities involved in fundraising activities. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in law or local equivalent, along with Company Secretary credentials (preferred) in any of the States in India. A minimum of 5-8 years of legal experience in a B2B SaaS company with US customers is mandatory. Basic knowledge of intellectual property, patents, trademarks, and familiarity with GDPR regulations will be beneficial. Your excellent negotiation and communication skills will be key assets in fulfilling the duties of this position.,
