Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on various topics related to cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, Investment and Banking Laws, including but not limited to regulations, securities laws, investment laws and privacy laws.
• Analyze and interpret laws and regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable requirements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including service agreements, vendor contracts, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Assist with the preparation of legal documents such as legal opinions, memoranda, and corporate resolutions.
• Provide legal support to various departments within the company, including but not limited to product development, marketing, and compliance.
• Collaborate with outside counsel and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations related to cryptocurrency, blockchain technology and the related Investment instruments.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Strong knowledge of securities laws, privacy laws, and regulations related to cryptocurrencies and Investments.
• Excellent analytical and research skills.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ideally - 1+ years of experience in legal compliance related to cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology and Investment and Banking Sector.
