Job Title: Legal Executive

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 1–3 years (Real Estate experience preferred)

We are looking for a dedicated and detail oriented Legal Executive to handle the company’s legal matters. The ideal candidate must be proficient in drafting notices, contracts, and agreements, possess strong legal knowledge especially in real estate and communicate effectively. The Legal Executive will manage day-to-day legal tasks and report directly to the Senior Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalize 

  legal notices

  contracts

  and real estate related documentation.
• Handle all ongoing legal matters of the company and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, statutory authorities, and external legal counsel.
• Support property-related legal activities, including title verification, due diligence, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of agreements, contracts, and legal files.
• Provide timely updates and legal inputs to 

  Senior Management

• Prepare reports, summaries, and follow up on notices and legal correspondences.
• Assist in managing litigation, arbitration, and dispute-resolution processes when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience; 

  real estate experience preferred

• Strong understanding of legal drafting, property laws, and contract management.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to independently handle legal tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good research, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools.
