The Legal Executive will be responsible for handling all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters of the company. This role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, managing litigation, ensuring statutory compliance.
· Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
· Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
· Manage and coordinate with external lawyers for litigation and legal proceedings.
· Prepare and maintain legal records, case files, and documentation.
· Provide legal advice to management on business strategies, policies, and transactions.
· Draft notices, replies, and handle arbitration/dispute resolution matters.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); Master’s in Law (LLM) is an advantage.
· 2–5 years of experience in corporate legal, compliance, or law firm practice.
· Strong knowledge of corporate law, labor laws, contracts, and compliance regulations.
· Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously.
· High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
