Hiring _ Legal Executive ( Contractual) with a leading Retail Industry @ Bangalore Location. Exp - 4+ Yrs Ctc- 8-9 Lpa Apply - Rohita Robert Lead Consultant - Recruitment ( Perm Placement 1) Main responsibilities: Drafting, review and negotiation of sales contracts, purchase contracts, standard terms and conditions of Purchase and sales, non-disclosure agreements, IT Service Agreements, Service Agreements, Marketing Agreements, Lease Agreements etc. Working with the team on updating the contract database, ensuring all contracts are updated on the contract repository software, ensuring contract renewals on time, coordinating with stakeholders in finalising the contracts etc. Assisting in handling litigations pertaining to cheque bounce cases, recovery cases, criminal cases, arbitration, mediation, labour law matters etc. Assisting in managing the IP portfolio by ensuring timely renewals of trademarks, submitting application for Trademark registration etc. Assisting in preparation of MIS reports on litigations, contracts, Trademarks, Statutory licenses and permits etc. Securing licenses and permits for Waste Management, Medical Devices, Legal Metrology, Shops & Establishment License, Trade License, Factory license etc. Coordinating with different stakeholders for managing compliance tool, ensuring that users update the compliance tools and assisting in preparing management reports and corrective action plans. Representing the Company before various regulatory bodies, authorities, court, police etc. Other legal and regulatory matters. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES: (Order the responsibilities by importance, specifying a title for each one) 2-4 years of experience in legal tasks and compliance, litigation.
