Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the organization or clients in legal proceedings across various courts and forums.
• Draft, review, and vet legal documents including contracts, petitions, affidavits, notices, and legal opinions.
• Provide expert legal advice on litigation, compliance, and regulatory issues.
• Coordinate with external counsels and regulatory authorities as required.
• Conduct legal research and keep the team updated on latest legal developments.
• Assist in dispute resolution and negotiations.
• Ensure timely follow-up and reporting on ongoing legal cases.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university. LL.M. is a plus.
• 3–4 years of litigation or court practice experience is essential.
• Must be familiar with procedures in civil and criminal courts.

• Membership with the Bar Council

  is highly preferred.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and research skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Ability to handle work independently with minimal supervision.
