Legal Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Legal Consultant to manage end-to-end legal casework and coordination for our company. The ideal candidate should be independently practicing in Gwalior courts with hands-on experience in both civil and criminal matters. This is a flexible, part-time role that demands strong legal knowledge, excellent communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end case management including tracking court dates, procedures, and documentation.
• Coordinate with multiple company lawyers and ensure regular updates on all legal proceedings.
• Draft and review legal notices, settlement agreements, appeals, applications, and other legal documents.
• Maintain accurate offline and online records of all legal documents and case files.
• Travel as required to attend court proceedings and legal meetings.
• Represent the company in meetings with authorities, banks, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Work toward amicable settlements in disputes involving customers, banks, or other parties.
• Keep management informed of all key legal updates and developments.
• Proofread and verify all legal communications for accuracy and compliance.
• Be consistently available via phone and willing to work flexible hours.

Required Qualifications:

• LLB is mandatory; LLM is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5-6 years of active legal practice in Gwalior, with strong exposure to civil and criminal matters.
• Proficient in Hindi and English (both written and verbal).
• Must have experience handling court procedures, document filing, and legal coordination independently.

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Legal drafting: 5 years (Preferred)
• Legal work: 5 years (Preferred)
