Litigation Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis.
• Draft and review pleadings, petitions, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Appear before courts, tribunals, and authorities for hearings and proceedings.
• Advise clients on various legal issues, risks, and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with partners and other associates on case strategy and client management.
• Manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university (Master’s in Law preferred).
• Minimum

  3 years of PQE

  in

  Civil and/or Criminal Litigation

  .
• Enrolled with the

  Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa

  .
• Proficiency in

  Marathi

  and the local language is essential.
• Excellent

  drafting, analytical, and research skills

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Civil, Criminal, and Commercial Laws

  .
• Exceptional

  written and verbal communication

  abilities.
• High attention to detail and capability to handle complex legal issues.
• Ability to work

  independently and collaboratively

  in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in

  Corporate Law

  or

  Arbitration

  will be an added advantage.
