Legal Associate

As a Legal Associate Litigation (Civil & Criminal) at Falcon Legal in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in handling various day-to-day tasks related to research, legal document preparation, and analyzing legal issues. You will be expected to provide comprehensive legal advice, maintain effective communication, and collaborate with the team to ensure the successful resolution of cases. To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of Criminal, Civil & Commercial Laws, be enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa, and be well-versed in Marathi or the local language. Your excellent drafting skills, knowledge of law and legal issues, and proficiency in legal document preparation will be essential in delivering high-quality work. Your role will require exceptional analytical skills, both in written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze complex legal matters efficiently. The capability to work both collaboratively and independently under tight deadlines is crucial for success in this position. Any prior experience in specific legal domains such as Criminal, Civil, or Corporate Law will be advantageous, and a Master's degree in Law or a related field is preferred.
