Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented legal professional to join our team as a Contract Review & Drafting Specialist. In this role, you’ll be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide variety of contracts to support business operations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders (procurement, sales, operations, finance) to ensure that contractual terms align with commercial objectives while mitigating legal risk.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting & Negotiation

  • Draft, review, and negotiate different types of contracts (e.g., vendor agreements, service agreements, NDAs, master service agreements, employment contracts, licensing agreements).
  • Collaborate with business teams to define contract terms, scope of work, deliverables, risks, and pricing.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on key legal risks and trade-offs.
  • Risk Management & Compliance

  • Identify potential legal and commercial risks in proposed contract terms, suggest mitigations, and escalate when needed.
  • Ensure contracts comply with relevant laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain awareness of changes in relevant laws, regulations, and standards that may impact contract terms.
  • Contract Administration

  • Maintain and manage a central repository of contracts, amendments, renewals, and related documentation.
  • Track key dates, obligations, deliverables, and renewal terms; proactively manage contract lifecycle.
  • Support the implementation or optimization of a Contract Management System (CMS) or contract database.
  • Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as a liaison between the legal team and business units to resolve contractual queries.
  • Provide training or guidance to non-legal teams on standard contract provisions, risk clauses, and legal process.
  • Legal Research & Documentation

  • Conduct legal research as needed (e.g., on contract law, regulatory issues, industry practices).
  • Prepare legal memos, summaries, and risk analyses for business stakeholders.
  • Draft and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and standard clauses
