Legal Assistant

As a Legal Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in providing legal support, conducting research, drafting legal documents, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting thorough legal research to support decision-making processes. - Staying updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards. - Preparing and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. - Ensuring alignment of legal documents with the organization's policies and objectives. - Assisting in negotiation, drafting, and review of contracts with clients, vendors, and partners. - Monitoring contract compliance and addressing legal issues during the contract lifecycle. - Managing and coordinating legal proceedings, including collaboration with external counsel when necessary. - Providing support in gathering evidence and information for legal cases. - Recovering bad debts from clients through legal means. Qualifications required for this role: - BA, LLB (Corporate) qualification is mandatory. - Proven experience as a Legal Executive or in a similar legal role within a corporate environment. - Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance. - Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
