Leasing Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Leasing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing commercial properties as per client requirements, conducting property surveys, liaising with property owners, coordinating with clients, handling negotiations, and ensuring the smooth execution of commercial leasing transactions. Key Responsibilities: 1) Understand client requirements in detail and identify suitable commercial properties accordingly. 2) Conduct physical surveys of potential sites and prepare detailed site reports. 3) Arrange and coordinate site visits with clients and provide professional guidance during inspections. 4) Negotiate commercial lease terms between clients and property owners to reach mutually beneficial agreements. 5) Prepare and assist with letters of intent (LOIs), term sheets, and lease documentation. 6) Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends, rental rates, and upcoming opportunities. 7) Build and maintain a strong database of commercial properties. 8) Ensure a smooth handover and support the client throughout the onboarding and leasing process. Requirements:- Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field. 2+ years of experience in real estate leasing, preferably in commercial. Strong understanding of commercial property markets and leasing processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and real estate listing platforms. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in commercial real estate leasing.
