Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Executive, located in Jaipur. The Leasing Executive will be responsible for managing lease negotiations, lease administration, and commercial leasing activities. This role includes conducting market research and providing leasing solutions tailored to clients' needs. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential lease opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring compliance with leasing agreements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Leasing and Lease Negotiations
• Skills in Lease Administration and understanding of Leases
• Proficiency in Market Research relevant to leasing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
• Previous experience in real estate leasing is a plus
