Leasing Executive

As a Leasing Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in sourcing commercial properties, conducting property surveys, liaising with property owners, coordinating with clients, handling negotiations, and ensuring the smooth execution of commercial leasing transactions. Key Responsibilities: - Understand client requirements and identify suitable commercial properties accordingly. - Conduct physical surveys of potential sites and prepare detailed site reports. - Arrange and coordinate site visits with clients, providing professional guidance during inspections. - Negotiate commercial lease terms between clients and property owners to reach mutually beneficial agreements. - Prepare and assist with letters of intent (LOIs), term sheets, and lease documentation. - Stay updated on real estate market trends, rental rates, and upcoming opportunities. - Build and maintain a strong database of commercial properties. - Ensure a smooth handover and support the client throughout the onboarding and leasing process. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in real estate leasing, preferably in commercial. - Strong understanding of commercial property markets and leasing processes. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and real estate listing platforms.
